Nicky Taylor is a writer based in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal. In 2021, their debut chapbook, Foul Mouth, was published by bird, buried press. In 2022, they were named Student Journalist of the Year by Canadian University Press. In March, they were shortlisted by the Fiddlehead for the Ralph Gustafson Poetry Prize. Their work has appeared in Maisonneuve, Metatron’s Glyphoria, commo, yolk, among others. They are currently a Masters student in the Creative Writing program at Concordia and the poetry editor for Headlight Anthology.
